I actually agreed to swap lastnight, however had a restless night talking myself in and out of swapping, to the point where I had next to no sleep and had stessed myself out to the max
In the end it was the Mrs that convinced me, simply by saying, "your swapping a VW that does 50 mpg for an old Ford with a months test left on it"
The few problems that i'm having with the Passat had clearly got on top of me
So sent an apologetic txt to the guy saying the Passat was leaking coolant so best not to swap, there is some truth in that so it wasint an excuse, he was cool about it as the cabby is doing well on ebay
Anyway here's the car, I came so close to getting, thanks to the Mrs for the reality check
