Retro fitting fog lights. -B6????

Hi guys, quick question you may be able to help me on,

So I wanted to retro fit the standard front fogs to my 07 Passat. I have all the bits I need, got the lenses, grills, standard light switch for the interior for fog lights and the harness required.

The instructions I hit with the harness are quite vague, so firstly any tips on the wiring side off things????

And secondly, it says I need a to get it recoded after I do get it all fitted, who does that or how do I go about getting that done???
