DSG oil change

Hi
What's people's experiences with getting an oil change. Its not causing any issues just for peace of mind.
Ive heard two opinions:
1- No, as it caused issues with sticking etc but prior to the change it was ok
2- Yes, more for peace of mind as you won't really tell the difference after the change during driving.
Car is a passat b7 175bhp. Local dealership charging 199 all inclusive and say that includes filter.
