I thought it can't be the tax for my Golf, cos I'd just renewed that. It couldn't be my reminder for the annual retention of one of my number plates, cos I'd had that the other day, so opened it to find out what it was.
Turns out to be a reminder for me to update my photo on my licence. It seems that this has to be done every 10 years. No problem I thought as I have to renew my passport so will need to get some new pictures for that. Read a bit more and the buggers only want £20 off me for doing this.
This is like a tax for getting older. Robbing illegitimate child
