Been t see my solicitor today about bein rear ended,
He has taken my case on and supplied me with a car while mine is bein repaired, he did give me a eos at first but when I put my 2 child seats in the back I couldn't sit at the wheel properly lol, anyway somebody else returned a Mondeo so he told me t take that 1. It's a Mondeo zetec platinum diesel, it's like drivin a big black tank lol,
Anyway while he was there he got in touch with the other persons insurance and found out that he had only taken out a policy an hour after the accident, but he had asked t be covered from 7 that mornin
That's why when I asked the police if he was insured they wernt sure
