hi all im well me and about 10 work mates have signed our self's up to do a sponsored 30 mile bike ride this Sunday and we have set our self's a challenge of getting at least 50 pound in sponsor money each although im close im looking to gain some more, every one knows some one who is effected by this my self both my uncles suffered heart attacks in the space of a few mths last yr one of them is fine
now but other uncle is not as he's was very bad
so as the adverts says every little helps ;)
