3 weeks and counting! (off the booze)

Thats me been off the booze for 3 weeks now, which is a LONG time for me.

Im finding the evenings quite hard, I used to enjoy a beer or two after a longday at work but im definitely feeling the benefits! Sleeping better, more energy!
