Burnt out wiring loom, need help.

Not sure what forum to put this under.
I have had a T4 engine conversion done, about a year in and the engine went on fire.
Apparently it was the wiring loom, cause by the gear linkage rubbing through the wires, not fixed properly.
The engine apparently is from a Passat around 1999.
It's the 2 litre TDI AHU engine. Fused all the way back to the ECU.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help. Looking for the harness, ecu and key?
This is our wee family bus. Lost without it.
