Hands free and mp3 from OEM?

Hello, I have a b6 passat 2007, and I've only got the rds300. But I was looking to upgrade it to something that has the ability to have proper oem hands free etc if practicable. and mp3/aux input. Just wondered if there was a vw model I could buy to satisfy me? Or should I buy a after market. Any advice welcome. Thank you
