b6 cd player upgrade advice 300 type cd

hi ive got i think a 300 vw cd player in my 2007 passat that only plays cd format , i need to either plug something in that takes a usb stick or another cd player that plays mp3 files , ideally the usb port to just plug in , has anyone got a link to the correct lead etc , thanks
