Chinese head units - any good?

Looking to replace the standard head unit on my '56 B6 SE Passat and have come across this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ES7000EU-7-An ... 1262778131 on ebay.
The spec/value for money looks fantastic (apart from the bizarre omission of DAB) and I love that I can run Android apps on it.
Anyone had any experience of these units?
