phatbox

Hi ive got a touch screen dvd player in my car at the moment and was wondering if there is any way of wiring a phatbox to it so i can choose which song/album i want to listen to? if not which one would you go for would you stick with the dvd or install a phatbox.I use my car as a taxi and as you can imagine my glove box is only cappable of holding so many cds/dvds
