RNS315 DAB Antenna, FM reception quality

Hello Experts,
I am planning to upgrade ICE in my 2007 B6 from RCD300 to RNS315 but considering whether to go for DAB version or not. Considering I am not going for external DAB antenna, I have to stick after market DAB antenna on back of the windscreen and connect it to RNS351 head unit. So this after market antenna will be used for all DAB/FM/AM reception whereas existing factory fitted FM/AM with excellent reception will become redundant?

Those of you who are using internal DAB antenna, how is your FM reception compared to when you were using factory fitted FM antenna?
