Double din advice

Hi All,
I am looking at upgrading the standard gamma Radio/6 disk cd player in my b5.5 passat, I have seen the following double din headunit.

Question is would I need any adaptors either for the stereo to fit in the hole left by removing the standard units or to connect to the passat wiring.

Any advice on anything else I would need to make it fit would be great.
