Veyron VNS-VW

Hello,
has anyone installed this veyron vns-vw:

I have two faults associated with it on VCDS:
2 Faults Found:
01305 - Databus for Infotainment
004 - No Signal/Communication
01304 - Radio
004 - No Signal/Communication - Intermittent
Can I clear these with this unit or will they be there aslong as the unit is fitted?
