REMOTE WINDOWS?

Was looking at how to make the windows roll up and down with the remote. Some say it can't be done with VCDS, others say it can, and then others say you need to buy a one hit programmer to flash the ECU.

Question is, has anyone actually done this with VAGCOM? I have a copy of VCDS and have just ordered a cable.
If so, what exactly do I have to do?
