Hi peeps, I am a 1st time VW Passat owner and already my wife and I love the car. It's a 2001 so a bit old and the paintwork is pretty awful to tell the truth but then again if it was good I wouldn't have got the car for £800. Must have seen me coming though as after 2 weeks of owning it the engine management light came on and after 5 trips to the garage and £300 later I had a new sender unit and a new thermostat, it's an automatic as I have fibromyalgia and struggle with gears but we both love the car.
Anyway hi and hope to speak to you guys soon and maybe pick up some useful tips on how to save some money on a few things the car needs
