Swimming pool in rear passenger footwell !!

Hi ,
New to forum today at suggestion of friend.
As title suggests i seem to have a leak into the cabin of the car…
Any members with knowledge and experience of solving this will seriously be appreciated.
I just cant have anyone sitting in the back passenger seat as their feet and shoes will be soaked.
Its an 02 reg but this issue has only been in the car for the last couple of months and got progressively worse.
Feedback urgently required
