I can see that some of you have had problems on this subject recently. if so you might want to subscribe to this free newsletter.

I have mentioned this before but a lot of new menbers have joined since.
It's run by a guy called Gizmo Richards who realy is on the ball and gives great advice.
As for the best protection, you should always go on line using http://www.sandboxie.com/ and have NOD323 installed it blows the rest away.
I used to have AVG and Bitdefender 9 they were good but still missed stuff.
Finally, I have no links with this gut at all - just giving good advice.
