Hi guys. I'm a new user with an older Passat (new to me though), located in the East Midlands. I picked up a 2002 1.9 TDI Sport estate a few weeks ago to replace my 2007 Peugeot 307. I bought the Passat because it was an automatic, close by and seemed like a good deal. My wife wants to learn to drive but only wants to drive automatics, hence changing vehicles.
I've never been much of a car person but I am loving the Passat! It's so much better than the Pug was in every way. I think I'll be driving this thing until the wheels fall off.
