Headlight adjustment for driving on right

Hi this is my first post on the forum.
I'm planning a trip too France in May. I drive a Passat B8 2.0 GT TDI with standard headlights. Is there a way of angling the headlights for driving in Europe, or is it a case of buying the stick on deflectors.
