New member from the WestMids, I have a 62plate bluemotion B7 Passat, 220k miles behind it. Currently toying with the idea of practicing some DIY mechanics with it so ofc my first thought was to sign up to a forum
I have a B6 Haynes Manual (parents bought it from a charity shop) so that should be some help?
Will probably start with trying to give it a full service myself and see how that goes, so any advice for beginners is very welcome.
It may also become a project and get a few modifications because, well, I can't make it worth any less by covering it in stickers and spraying the wheels in my shed. Who knows, I might even improve it!
