Berk in a B5.5 hope its not a member!

Driving south A688 towards Bishop Auckland today 15:08
Im +10 to the 60 limit in a bit of a rush in the outside lane, as I come up about to pass an inky blue b5.5 lowered with blacked windows just cruising at 60 he/she boots it and tries to sqeeze me out into oncoming traffic as the lanes merge. I slam the brakes on and drop in behind him, he then takes off.
A hundred or so meters ahead the lane splits again for a roundabout, left lane ahead and right lane turn right, with a triangular divider between them with SOLID lines and red paint ending aup about 4 meters wide, he/she late brakes in the left lane, dodges hitting a car stopping in the ahead lane and as theres a red mini coming round from the right he/she accelarates again straight through the chevrons at 80 - 90 and cuts the roundabout going straight across the nose of the mini who didnt see it coming and hurtles off down the A688 dropping off West about a quarter mile after the roundabout.
Complete and utter tool who shouldnt be on the road let alone in a Passat.
