Evening all the names Karl,

Im having to get rid of my golf with the birth of baby number 2 the golf didnt have the room i wanted.

So ive put this back to a more standard state and im using the funds off this to go into my family wagon which to be honest ill have for life.

So i found this one 55 mile away the bloke had it for 6 years just pottering about so its no doubt clogged up so it begins.

Paid £1100
2002 PD130 5 speed estate
Inky blue pearl metallic
154000 miles
quite a bit of service history.

So i got a hold of some W8 clusters, done the alterations required for it to convert to tdi and put the earlier spec gti needles, illuminated needles, welcome message and miles to empty.

Now it was time to give the engine a quick blast over as it was manky.

Next i got my vagcom on it put the features i wanted.#

Anti jack
Auto unlock
Disabled selective locking
Alarm locking beeps
Remote windows.

Ive ordered 3 more keys to get cut up and match to the car as the car only has one.

Next up was a polo 6R window switch

Next mods are followed.

3 spoke steering wheel,
Cruise control stalk installed,
put the passat W8 cluster in and altered the language to german to give it that more german feels haha.

I also readjusted the synchro angle as it was 4.4 degrees its now at 0.0 i have to say it feels alot smoother and responsive.

I am going to flush the blue coolant poo out and put genuine G13 in.
I may also do a full genuine service on it even though the previous owner had it serviced 3k miles ago, ill get my friend to give me a second opinion.

I got a driveshaft to replace a clicking one i hear, i want to get the clutch and flywheel replaced, the front suspension setup replaced, and ill see how the turbo is after some cleaning up etc etc.

i have a boost gauge to fit (need to find a location)
Allard Egr delete kit
When that gets done the inlet will be getting cleaned out.
Allard oil catch can
A remap to put on it
I have US spec front highline mouldings to come
I want to sorce the rest of the highline exterior body mouldings
A full exhaust setup with twin exit (done subtle)
Air ride (rayvern remote two way setup)
I have my alphards to put on it once the air is here
I want the front smoothed
the lower texture colour coded,
wind deflectors,
A heated upper spec interior at some point

and there is probablys more.
