photoshop request please - easy 1, just wheel colour change

Could someone get all Tony Hart on my ass n photoshop me some different colours on my wheels please...... I've got a few ideas if someone could help which are, body coloured centres & silver lip, kind of a baby blue or mid blue centre & silver lip & then black centres with a red lip. If anyone else has any other ideas to chuck in the pot that'd be cool too......
