I have had loads of dubs over the years alot of aircolled and still have a 71 westy
I bought this for some friends who to be honest down on their luck at the time but they managed to get car from a member of the family so i ended up keeping this old girl
I have so far change the oil and flushed the engine through change the filters and changed the radiator coolant and flushed it through before hand.
Its been dropped 40mm by the previous owner and i have got some porker caymen wheels lined up to go on just waiting on the adapters
I do need to replace the thermostat cover/housing part number 034 121 121 so if anyone has one kicking about or knows where i can get one then please get in touch as vw/audi do not make these anymore
the strange thing with this car is it was orignally sold to a guy in the next village when new and has been around the country and had a few owners in its time
