Anyone fitted 17's to their B2?

Don't get me wrong I have no intention in recreating a boy racer look, I like the retro theme and I have been looking at getting adaptors and fitting some aircooled Fuchs.
But I have the option of 17's or 15's, does anyone have photos of their 17's?
Is it possible or a good sensible idea for a daily?
I haven't lowered it as yet, but I have some plans for H&R 40mm springs once my drive has been done and I don't need 4x4 clearance to get on and off of it.
