GL5 to good for spares?

I brought my GL5 off of ebay earlier in the year without evening looking at it as you do after a few beers. I only brought it for spares for my Turbo Diesel to be honest but think she is too good to break but needs a bit of work and a respray so dont think anyone will spend that much on the poor old girl. Im hoping that one day I may get around to sorting her but in the meantime she is just deteriorating. I really dont want to break her but if doing so will help keep some other cars going I may consider it as I have a storage issue. The car has done almost 150K but the engine is still sweet in fact the only things that let the car down is a bit of rust and the state of the paintwork and the electric windows dont work. Like I say Im not looking to break her its just a last resort but its an option after all I only brought it for the doors which as you can see aint that good but they are better than my TD's.
