Pd 130 limp mode

My B5.5 2005 wagon goes into limp mode wants it hits 60mph and even after ignition is cycled it will not come back until it cools down took it to a vw specialist and he said to renew all vac hoses .I will let him do this but I can't find any leaks except for the outlet on the vac pump this port is moving around a bit now I am going to strip the turbo tomorrow to see how dirty it is and i have changed the maf sensor. Any info would be gratefully appreciated.
