B3 front coilies URGENT help needed

I have a problem with my front coilovers that i need to sort out ASAP for my MOT.

My problem is i has up/down play in the top mount. The rubber mount and the top plate move up and down about half a centimeter. I think the problem is i have b4 top mounts in at the minute. I tried to fit my old b3 top mounts but when the car was sat on the ground it pushed the rubber mount up through the hole for the mount.

I'm thinking i must be missing something or have something assembled wrong, can anybody help me?

Anybody have any fitting instructions or diagrams?
