Bunny hoping passat HELP!!

So the rough idle has now turned to the car bunny hopping down the road?? It's now started doing this under throttle, feels like the engine is starved of fuel then given fuel then starved again all in a couple of seconds... It's quiet extreme too the car literally rocks nose to tail like a see saw and then seconds later it clears and drives fine for a few miles??? HELP!! Have pig new plugs, air filter, oil, and some redex through her. The exhaust has a blow before cat could this cause this? Or air in fuel?? Temp sender not working either... Ideas on a postcard please as would love to get her running and on the road.
