how much parts are worth

hi guys just a quick question im goin to be takein my vr6 out my b3 estate soon .the guy i had it of was of this forum when he fitted the vr6 engine he fitted a gen b3 vr6 subframe and b3 vr6 clocks any idea how much there worth as im fitting my diesel into it and wont be needing them also i will be sellin the auto box out of it which has done less than 30thou miles was brought from vw brand new just wondring what sort of money these items are worth cheers
