handy hint for ignition switch replacement

Came across this on Vortex I think....

The tiny screw that locates the ignition switch is inaccessible.

The Haynes tells you to remove the ignition housing from the column. ... All well and good, but you need a bearing puller handy for the spline adapter.

Instead, you can remove the column complete from the top UJ... Once off, you can tilt the column over far enough to get the screw out with the spline adapter still in place and the ignition housing still fitted to the column.

Obviously you still need the steering wheel and stalks off, but it saves scrounging/buying a puller if you don't have one handy.

Tried it this morning. Worked nicely! Whole job done in half an hour or so.
