VAGCOM - SW London?

Before I try a local Seat garage that I know has a VAGCOM, does anyone know of a nice dude in my neck of the woods (Wimbledon - or environs) who'll be able to switch on my retro fitted cruise control in the ECU?

I've looked on vagcomlocator.com and the nearest guy to me - in Oxshott - seems to be unavailable (!)

Anyone?
