Highline Value?

On my travels today I found a car I may be interested in. It's not a Passat but very similar and a Tiptronic gearbox.

Anyway my question is whats a '54 Highline PD130 estate with 117k (FSH and new engine @40k VW warranty) worth?

I haven't decided yet but just wanted a ball park figure in case
