Car was in the garage on Wednesday for an oil/filter change and I also got them to change the coolant sensor as the car has been running ruff ..... Ok that's all the details out the way
As I was travelling up the A1 last night the front of the engine under tray dropped the under tray is now fooked as it worn 2 big holes in it !!!!
Just by chance I had some big cable ties in the boot so pulled it back up with those to get me going again.
My question is can the tray just drop .... I've checked and none of the screws had pulled thru the plastic so I can only guess the garage didn't replace the screws ..... I spoke to them this morning and he replied with "oh yeah this happens all the time"
Do I have a case to make them replace the tray ?
