just removed the steering wheel on my B5 to change the wiper stalk back to the correct wiper/MFA type stalk.
Sorted that out and replaced the steering wheel, torqued up the bolt and reconnected the airbag, then hooked up the battery again - only now the airbag light comes straight back on again after the initial 3 second test.
I removed the airbag unit to check I'd reconnected everything and it all seems fine - anyone got any ideas of what I need to check as it wasn't coming on beforehand?
