OK, first issue with the W8 estate.
We had a bit of rain last night and came out this morning to find a pool of water in the offside rear footwell, just behind the drivers seat. Had a quick look at the seals and all look OK, although the vertical seal down the back edge of the door behind the window felt a bit damp.
Any known issues in this area or is there something else that could cause this? If not I think I will be out with the watering can to try and find the problem.
