my misses laughed in his face at the price, now I'm not use to mechanic prices as I do all my own work but that just seems wrong, had a look at how difficult it might be and you litterally unbolt the shocks at the bottom drop the trailing arm, swap springs and put back together again, so maybe half an hours work on a proper ramp, makes it even worse it's £38 for a set of springs off carparts4less, I feel sorry for the people they basically rob as they might not have a clue about this sort of thing.
