ESP light

I have a an issue with the ESP light coming on exactly 9 minutes after I start the car . This is regardless of whether the car moves or not . I have tried clearing the fault codes but it re-appears again . The Fault code is as shown below -

I looked on the Ross Tech Wiki and it doesn't help much .

18265/P1857/006231 - Load Signal: Error Message from ECU

Possible Symptoms
Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) active
Possible Causes
Fault Code(s) stored in Engine Control Unit (ECU)
Possible Solutions
Check Engine Control Unit for Fault Code(s)


Has anyone comes across this before or can shed some light on the issue please .
No matter how far you push the envelope it will still be stationary !
