Coilover issue?

Hi all I've recently fitted some JOM coilovers to my b5 estate now I'm new to the coilover thing as I've always lowered on springs and new upgraded shocks so this could be normal lol. After fitting them its very very bouncy which isn't a problem as its kinda fun but just checking and it seems like there is a rubber rubbing noise at the front at the top mounts also how do I tell how low it is as I keep scraping on speed humps lol I am trying to find a set of 17inch vw wheels as the sport 15inch wheels are not helping the scraping

Any advice would be great I've had it all fitted for over a week now so they could still be settling in
