parts to look out for help

hey guys so im off to a few big breakers yards i no off on saturday just wondering whats parts should i be looking out for that are hard to get of or worth buyin to sell back basically whats the best valuable parts from a b5 or b5.5 any help would be great guys just allways good to have a bot of an idea what to look for
