After replacing my wheels with 18s with 20mm wider tyres, my fuel economy appears to have dropped about 7mpg on the motorway.
Used to be able to average 40 when driving at 60 and accelerating like my gran. Now around 33 when driving in exactly the same boring way.
That seems a lot different, no?
