Timing Adjustment - How hard to use VCDS?

Hi,

Does anyone here know of anyone in the Midlands that could do the above on a B6 Audi with the 2.5 v6 tdi lump (not sure of engine code will check).

I think my timing is off i wondered how hard it is to adjust the diesel pump and timing via VCDS? Any walk throughs on how to do it yourself if no one can recommend anyone?
