I already have a 2004 V6 4 Motion and have just bought a second identical car which is a 2003.
Am I right in thinking the 2004 is a B5.5 and the 2003 is a B5 there are very few subtle differences the main one being that the older one has no indicator repeaters on the wing mirrors.
Anyway the "New" car has the original key and the seller provided a second identical key and fob saying that it needed to be taken to VW for programming. It will start the car but then the engine stops and Immobiliser active comes up on the dash.
I have done a bit of googling to see if I can program this myself but the information out there seems confusing and I thought that I would come right to the source for the correct info
