Share my pain! Snapped Timing Belt on AFN :(

K so I replaced the timing belt and tensioners/pulleys 4 years ago / 45k and today the car has gone bang.
Tell me the AFN replacement schedule for timing belts is more than 4 years - pleeeease!
Bummer is the other car is in the garage having head work at the moment (I had to - MOT upcoming, glow plug sheared 5 yrs ago on that and coming up with MIL, so needed head work)
