Problem With Passenger Electric Window...

Alright Guys,

I had my passenger window down earlier today and when i went to put it up it make like a crunching noise each time i flicked the button upwards. It wont go up on auto, i have to flick it manually all the way to the top.

Is this a common fault?
What parts would i need to replace it? <- And how much £ are we talkin?
