couple of quick questions

hiya folks!
whats the difference between the vw branded filters that i bought from the dealers and the mann filters i got from a parts supplier? apart from the price?
is there really that much of a difference? i bought vw oil and fuel filters and a coolant temp sensor unit...
then got the oil, fuel , pollen and air from a parts supplier along with this oil

my 130 tdi is on a long life service, i take it that oil will be ok?
