I've got a 2002 passat, if I lock the car, and I'm still in it and move around I see the alarm has been set, because of the hazards flashing, however there is no sound.
I'm not too fussed about it, but if it's a simple fix, it would be good to know. The horn works fine, so could it be a relay or fuse or something?
