Anti Roll Loosened Question

Hiya all. went to a garage because of the clicking or clunking noise when steering.

The garage made it out to be a serious "MUST FIX ASAP" problem costing £220 plus VAT which involve

Anti Roll Loosened
Track Rod need replacing,
Drive shaft end and CV

I went to another garage, they said its easy to fix which would be £100 in all. and was suggested it is ok to drive the car as its not serious as the other garage suggested it was!!! (Might be greedy with cash???)

Anyway. the 2nd garage said they not seen this problem with the Anti Roll Loosened like that. but know its safe to resume as normal.

They dont know if i should have the unit replaced or weld in place???

The problem is the thing (Nut) is rotating and not tightening up.

Any advice people?
